Gate Closure Dates - Derby Road
Closures
- At the 2011 Derby Road Fund AGM,
held on Thursday 19 January 2012, a decision was made to cease
closing the Deby Road Gates at Peppard Road to signify our
Private Road status as this is no longer a requirement by Law.
Checking Status of Vehicles on the Estate
- To speed up your passage via Grosvenor Road when their Residents Association stop vehicles to check their status - please apply for a free vehicle windscreen sticker.
- To obtain a windscreen sticker please use our Form or drop a note to 31 Derby Road. In either case please supply your name, address, Registration Number, make, model and colour of each vehicle you wish to be supplied with a sticker.
- In addition to residents, any regular visitor to your home may also be provided with a sticker. This sticker does not affect your rights to use Grosvenor Road but can be expected to speed up your passage on their vehicle check days.
Grosvenor Road - Pinch-Point Barrier
- Latest information on the Grosvenor Road barrier installed and operated by the Grosvenor Road Residents' Association will be posted here from time to time.
