Email from CityFibre Firstly, I wish to apologise on behalf of Cityfibre on the miscommunication that has occurred during our time in Derby road. This was due to our misunderstanding that Grosvenor Road and Derby Road were under the same management.
Our systems have now been updated to reflect the correct situation.
You advised that the two side roads off of Derby Road, Field View and Michaels Chase are under different management. I undertook to ensure that we have the correct details.
We pride ourselves on collaboration and putting the residents first, so we apologise that the experience has not met expectations.
All barriers and equipment will be removed by 19/12.
We will be looking to commence back works, week commencing the 4/01/23. (Field View)
