The Derby Road Fund Committee have come to the conclusion that the pinch-point will remain unlocked whilst there are pandemic restrictions are in place, be they 'national lockdowns' or 'local tiers'.
It will also remain open during the Christmas period, when social restrictions are to be eased.
There is noticeably less traffic at the moment, and of course we will review the situation at frequent intervals.
We would appreciate receiving your comments and thank you for your patience in these difficult times.
