On 27 March 2023, the DRFA arranged a road safety audit by Tony Griffiths, Traffic Management Officer from Thames Valley Police, to advise the Committee on the following points:
1. Reviewing the current layout and function of the road, including current signage. 2. Identifying any current issues or hazards. 3. Advising on new safety schemes and/or signage.
The audit was also attended by members of the Committee, residents and the three RBC ward councillors.
The findings and recommendations given in the report by Mr Griffiths following his audit will be presented as an agenda item at the AGM.
