A member of the committee cleared the drain a few days ago and has been monitoring it. It is however blocked again and the water is not draining away as usual. As the source of the problem is from QAS land, the matter has now been handed over to them for immediate action and remedy. It is being treated as urgent by Thames Water who have said they would attend within 4 hours. In the meantime the water which is clean will flow along the verge alongside QAS. 

There is no charge from the Council.
